“We drove down to N Hollywood from Idaho to attend a taping of a comedy show at the El Portal theater and visit relatives that live in the area. The pictures don't to the Villa justice, it definitely exceeds the pictures. It is a quaint place that is very comfortable. Located in an established neighborhood it is close to everything you could want. Great food and good entertainment.”

“Great little GEM. Kyle was a Super Host. Took only minutes to respond to any questions. This little Gem of a place was perfect for Visiting my Daughter who attends Pepperdine. Would like to keep it all to myself due to the location, high end everything, clean as I keep my own house, the Amazing King Mattress is 5 Stars & having a washer & dryer easily accessible. From the bathroom products to the fully stocked kitchen everything was new and of high quality. To have your own parking spot on the……

“Our family enjoyed the spectacular views of the ocean from every room in the house including the jacuzzi. The house included all the luxurious modern amenities a person could ask for. In the evening we loved telling stories around the outdoor fireplace while listening to the soothing sounds of the beach and staring at the stars. The owner of the house was always available and treated us like family to ensure we had a memorable & comfortable stay.”

“The layout was perfect for our multigenerational family. Ample bedrooms and bathrooms, roomy kitchen and living space. Unfortunately didn’t have time to take advantage of lovely outdoor space.”

We had an incredible property manager and he helped us in every way. His quick communication and kindness throughout our stay were key to our beautiful family time in Malibu. “We booked this place to stay while visiting a number of local colleges with out high school daughter. This unit was a perfect size for our family of three and very peaceful after long days of driving and touring schools. Very cozy and had all the amenities that we needed. We loved the quiet of staying in Topanga; at night the loudest things were the frogs on the creek. Would certainly stay again the next time we're in LA!”

“Overall great stay. House needs some work. Dishwasher not working, kitchen not very well stocked. Submitted a claim for the dishwasher and never heard back from anyone. But this I would put on Vacasa and not necessarily the host. But the view was gorgeous and lots of room. Gave 5 star because it was very clean and it is beautiful. Issues we had were just inconveniences.”

“This was the perfect house for me, wife, and mother visiting our young adult daughter in nearby Valley Village. I was able to work efficiently during weekdays and enjoy activities with family on the weekend. It was so quiet all the time and the beds were fantastic - we were surprised how well we slept. “This is an amazing and beautiful property. Very comfortable and homey. Everything you need for a nice relaxing quiet getaway. The house has everything you could need, super nice cookware, an incredible library of books and games, and is wonderfully decorated. The pool and spa are beautiful, and the outside amenities are incredible (including bocce and horseshoes?!). The host is very attentive and communicative. Cute ducks, and a chorus of frogs at night. “This was a great spot right outside LA. It was a quick drive to Universal Studios and Hollywood attractions. It was a nice quieter spot outside the city but still had easy access to groceries, restaurants, etc. House was very modern and comfortable. Owner was very responsive to our needs.”
