“Possibly our favorite hotel on this trip. Very clean. It’s an older building that hasn’t had a lot of updates, but our room was spacious with lots of character. No AC, but a fan was provided and the windows could be opened all the way. The floor was carpeted, but new semi-disposable slippers were provided. No hygiene concerns. Bathroom was old and small, but everything worked and it was very clean. Staff very friendly, breakfast good.”

“Wir waren für ein langes Wochenende mit 4 Personen dort. Die beiden Betreiber Arne und Ralf sind mit ganzen Herzen dabei. Beide haben eine interessante Geschichte in der Hotellerie und das merkt man auch. Selten fühlten wir uns in einem Hotel so wohl und aufgehoben. Alles sehr familiär, bodenständig, liebevoll, echt und ungezwungen. Essen und lecker Bierchen schmeckten immer. Zimmer rustikal, wie man das in der Gegend erwartet. Alles sehr sauber und mit allem was man braucht. Ein kleiner……

“我6pm到達check in, 被告之上一個客人不願離開，而他們已經fully booked, 只剩下一間6張床的房間，而裡面裝修殘舊，並且入到去好陰好暗很不舒服，所以我們一家都拒絕入住。 之後他們安排了我們在市中心的一間apartment, 一進入大廈的正門，更比之前那間陰森恐怖。總使入到Apartment, 裡面的裝修都很新，可是卻非常陰暗。最奇怪是有一張BB食飯枱在房間對著睡覺的床，弄得整晚都睡得非常不好，第二朝只能早些起床岀發行程。幸好只是住一晚，不然必會立即換酒店。 我不會再來住宿，也不會推薦給其他人。”

“Hotel itself is so beautiful, with very relaxing surroundings and with great location (Just opposite to Lindau HBF). The only thing which needs to be improved is that there's no A/C in room, and during my visit it was so hot in Lindau so it was hot in room. Though I can understand Europe is not used to hot summer but with climate change I think it'll become quite normal with hot summer so A/C will become necessary for a pleasant sleep.”

“管理混乱，非常糟糕的体验，至今我交了两份钱不知道能不能退还给我一份。我在好订网预订完后直接从信用卡上扣了钱，但入住当晚酒店的前台小姐就查不到订单，但还是给了我钥匙入住，第二天早上退房收了我的现金有没有给我Receipt，打电话给好订网要求退回，但好订网向我要收据证明，难道没有收据酒店就查不到账单了吗？比国内招待所好不了多少的条件居然是四星级？看来奥地利的酒店管理水平跟德国酒店没法比！”
