“When I went to check in the person behind the counter told me I did not have a reservation. This then began a series of events that caused significant stress. My phone was out of power as was my lap top. I took my lap top to a neighboring hotel where I was able to see I DID have a reservation. That person was not there when I returned but check in was fine. When I eventually saw the person in question he said I must have made the reservation that day with no apology”

“Covenstead is my preferred place to stay in Glastonbury. It's interior is so unique and a perfect fit for eclectic eccentricity of the town with a great back story too. The rooms spacious & comfortable with nice sized bathrooms plus daily service. Being opposite the Abbey and minutes walking to the High Street it's also a perfect location. Breakfast is unsurpassable with such great menu choices, beautiful cooking and the wonderful staff who can't be more helpful. It is worth every penny and……
