Alice went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, sending me all the details for a late check-in and even leaving a light and fan on in my room. “Anny greeted us warmly and sat down to go over a map of Mt. Dessert Island/Acadia National Park, and point out several key local sites and activities for our stay. The place is impressively well equipped with appliances and conveniences. Castille soap, shampoo, and conditioner are right there in the renovated shower, with a sophisticated rain forest and hand held shower valve that starts with hot water and then mixes in cold. “The first floor has been remodeled and has up-to-date appliances. The second floor has spacious bedrooms. The bathroom is a little small.We enjoyed having the indoor pool and fire pit.The owner was quick to respond to emails.”
