“Such a cool place to stay. Love the history of the building yet had modern amenities. Good location.”

“The inside apartment was clean new. The first look of the house was old in appearance. The heating was not good in the BR off the kitchen. Bigger BR was toasty. Overall I would return in a minute. Biggest issue was only finding decafe coffee in the cupbord. :(”

“Amazing cabin! Seems brand new—everything is modern, new and works perfectly! The bed and couch are comfortable, the eating area is generous, the kitchen is equipped with everything. The porch overlooks the nearby woods and the walking trail leads to Hadley Point beach, great for sunsets. Just 5 minutes from Acadia and 10-15 minutes from the Bar Harbor village. Cool ice cream concession and fire pit on the property! Host was very responsive, but we needed nothing. ”

“1st, we had to climb (literally) 40 steps to get to the apartment (from the back enterance). We're almost 80 years old and it was quite difficult! Definitely not for anyone with even minor disabities. Parking was horrible! No parking on the street or you'll get a ticket at 4am, and we were told the town is VERY strict about it. We had to park in back on a grass knoll. Next, ALL of the pictures of the rooms indicated that there was a kitchen. There was NO kitchen! The ONLY sink we had……

“We highly recommend this place if you are traveling with your pup. The staff were super friendly and we were amazed by how much amenities they had prepared (even for pups!) The back yard had plenty of space for dogs to run. The place was clean, cozy and just comfortable. Our dog is usually anxious with new places but he was just making himself at home in this place which was a huge relief! This stay made us absolutely love traveling with our anxious dog even more. We hope we get to stay in a……

“We had a very enjoyable time. The hosts were excellent and responded to our requests quickly in text. We kicked off a fire in the pit,quiet, and place was very clean. The reason for the 4 stars is it is definitely an older property (1950s) and the beds were super firm. We plan to go again but try the individual canins. we found the beds super firm. “Location is ideal for walking around Bar Harbor, there’s a grocery store less than 2 blocks away, the unit had everything we needed and was immaculately clean. We had a lovely time and would be delighted to return!”
