“Great experience on this fantastic beach! It's almost like having a private beach. Each condo is individually owned, and we were in a newly remolded two-bedroom. Note, the condo's do not have individual pools rather a shared pool. ”

“There is a nice private beach with chairs across the street that has some snorkeling. The balcony is nice. The bed is comfortable. Its a nice location to explore the entire island but you will need a rental car. The couch is too small to relax on with more than one person. The pans are borderline unusable if you want to cook. Overall it is a nice place that exceeds the cost we paid compared to other places on the island.”

“Traveled to Grand Cayman with multiple young children and this was a perfect setup and location! Would stay here again if we return. Convenient walk to grocery store and nearby restaurants.”

“The house is conveniently located in the center of the island and makes access to tourist destinations very easy. It’s 5 minutes from Spotts Beach, 15 minutes from Smith’s Cove, 20 minutes from Seven Mile and 40 minutes from Rum Point. The house is well equipped with pots/pans, coffee/tea, seasonings and etc. They also had a first aid kit which was a godsend since someone from my group cut their foot on limestone. The “house dog” was a sweetheart and was very friendly after she warmed up to……

“We have been impressed by the beautiful location of the property right on the beach. Unlike Seven Mile beach this side of the island was getting more breeze and it was not as hot. The property is beautifully decorated and has a very well equipped kitchen. Beach towels and snorkeling gear were a pleasant bonus. Our family would love to go back soon. Thank you for having us.”

“Perfect property for our stay in paradise. I definitely recommend a car, it’s convenient parking and the neighborhood feels safe. We had everything we needed and it was nice to have access to the cooler and beach chairs which we used every day. It also felt very clean and the bed was very comfortable. ”

“Everything about Regal Beach Club exceeded expectations. The unit had everything we needed. The staff was all so welcoming and Amy was wonderful. We will certainly be back. It was well located with plenty of options for shopping, dining and recreation. The only advice I have -the gym is small and we didn’t find any tennis rackets -so bring your own. There was a great gym nearby that sold week passes. We also had trouble finding a good place to run but eventually found Camana Bay Area with good……

“There is currently construction happening next door, which you can hear early in the morning. Also, unfortunately the closest beach access is a private beach area with a community who is possessive and unwelcoming. It was disappointing to learn this the hard way. The unit itself is nice. The amenities are also good. Grand Cayman is lovely. We just had better experiences on local beaches. ”
