There was some miscommunication with the diving… I was told to arrive at 7:45, half an hour later they come and tell me we aren’t leaving until 9 or later, I come back at 9 and we don’t leave until after 9:20\. When I checked in for the dive they could have told me I was too early and we weren’t leaving any time soon. Also my son and husband went for breakfast around 930 at the onsite restaurant and no one sat them or asked them if they needed anything. Upon check in, I found we were on the third floor. The staff was so friendly and helpful - immediately offered and did bring our luggage to the room. Our 2BR , 2Bath unit was spotless, comfortable and well furnished. The views were just fabulous. Went to Eagle Rays, the on-site restaurant, for dinner. Staff friendly and attentive and Lionfish Tacos did not disappoint. The rooms were spacious and very clean. We love walking out the back right onto the beach which was also kept clean and welcoming. We LOVE the dive resort staff and ease of diving. The crew worked so very hard to make sure everything was ready and all our gear was set up and ready to go. They were all very knowledgable and fun to dive with. We will recommend this to everyone and we will for sure be back. The apt was clean and in excellent condition. The bedding, towels, dishes were all very nice. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and dishes. Staff were friendly and efficient. The dive boats and dive crew were excellent. The area is quiet and safe surrounding the resort. The outdoor pool was nice and inviting. Very close the restaurants, walking distance. Loved that we had a kitchen area with cooking and eating utensils.A grill was also available at the poolside incase we wanted to use it. Btw a supermarket is 5mins drive away. I loved that the pool was literally outside out room . Kids got there own beds located in the living area with their own bathroom. Beds were comfortable but the kingsize bed mattresswas too soft for my liking. The space was big,big bathroom too for the couple. Love love love this place,it didnt disappoint. The kids were begging to stay.
