“The property was very well kept, but room had a cigarette smoke smell ”

“The property was fine we had an issue that there were 3 pillows on the be and then there was only one very uncomfortable chair in the room.”

“Room was very dated and dirty. Shower would not drain and ended up flooding the bathroom floor. Had to use all my towels and cloth to soak some of the water up. Floors were dirty and stained my socks. Sat in the desk chair and about hit the floor. The seat was detached from the base. Bed was surprisingly comfortable and A/C worked well. ”

“The property was in remodel phase and was not ready to receive guests the bed was made but when I pulled back the comforter the sheets we’re all wrinkled like it had been slept in. The tub was 3 different colors like the workmen weren’t finished. The floor beside the tub was patched but didn’t appear to be finished be made ,toilet seat broken , dual vanity sinks were difficult to look at , looked like they were purchased at a rummage sale several colors and I never did see the thermostat. “If you want a clean modern home with all the ammenities you need, this is the place. Working with the property owner is easy, it is in a nice quiet area not far from the heart of waycross. There is no better place I would choose when I am out here for work. ”
