“If you want a clean modern home with all the ammenities you need, this is the place. Working with the property owner is easy, it is in a nice quiet area not far from the heart of waycross. There is no better place I would choose when I am out here for work. ”

“The property was in remodel phase and was not ready to receive guests the bed was made but when I pulled back the comforter the sheets we’re all wrinkled like it had been slept in. The tub was 3 different colors like the workmen weren’t finished. The floor beside the tub was patched but didn’t appear to be finished be made ,toilet seat broken , dual vanity sinks were difficult to look at , looked like they were purchased at a rummage sale several colors and I never did see the thermostat. “Stayed two nights in May. House was well equipped, clean and as advertised. Beds were super comfortable, and kitchen was well stocked. We didn’t need to use anything on this trip, but were very pleased to see that we would not have to bring any small appliances to this rental. Contact with the owner, Darlene, was easy and she was quick to respond. Looking forward to a future stay. Highly recommend.”

“We spent a couple of days here and it was great. The house is clean, comfortable, and had everything we might need. It was about 30 minutes to the swamp, but an easy drive. Going to the swamp showed us all the good places to eat in town. We visited in late May. A couple of house down from this house was a u-pick blueberry farm. It was hot, but we got a ton of blueberries and they are fantastic. The house is great, highly recommend it if you are in this area a need a place to stay.”

“Stayed there for only 2 nights for the railfan winterfest. The house is very close to the tracks but still just far enough away.(separated only by a small parking lot and long grassy yard) You can see the trains just by opening the back door. Conductors Cabin is a home away from home. Extremely clean, the beds are very comfortable. the decor is up to date and very nice. Just a lovely and cozy home. And, the hosts are very, very nice and easy to work with. Definitely will try to stay there again……

“A little hard to navigate the dirt road because we were on motorcycles. That was not anyone's faut. The house was clean and we enjoyed our stay.”

“Mark is a great host. He gave us a tour of property, and checked on us to see if we had everything we needed. This is a quiet retreat. Worked very well for my family. Loved the hiking trails. We would come back for a stay.”
