“Red Roof Inn should be very ashamed to have their name on this hotel. Key card would not let us in room and we waited over 2 hours for someone to show up at the desk. They do not have breakfast, you can get a banana or toast or cereal with sour milk. Do not stay here! I will never again.”
“When a property is advertised as having an indoor pool, I expect it to be useable for swimming. Instead, after the front desk person indicated where to find the pool, I walked there just to discover it was closed for maintenance. Why was it advertised as having a pool? Why didn't the front desk just tell me and apologize for the inconvenience instead of letting me walk there to find out on my own. Not acceptable!”
