"Onsen hotel in kyoto, the onsen and the massage chairs were fantastic. Staff spoke a small amount of English and were able to sort out most issues that we had. Rooms were extremely dark, but the bed and pillows were hard, it took some adjustments for my wife and I to get to sleep."

"A wonderful experience. Rooms were plenty big for a family of 4. Very close to the subway line, so easy to get to most attractions. Breakfast is very good and there a ton of restaurants on level 2 if you’ve had a full day of exploring."

"We loved staying at this hotel. It was central (7-11 was right across by the crossroad), the apartment family room we had was spacious for us and our 2 teens. The tatami floor and seating felt like a great experience and we lived the aesthetic. I highly recommend this property!"
