"The house was great and in perfect condition. Great location as it is 3 min from the Inari shrine and close to the train station which is always helpful. Nothing to complain about except 1 thing: there was no pool table as shown on the photos and we were not told about it. The guy who gave us the keys told us it is being fixed, which is fine but we would have prefered to know beforehand as we were very excited about it. "

"The hotel was super busy when we were there. Also, some may find it cumbersome having to take off your shoes every time you arrive at the hotel. Also having to walk in socks the whole time in the hotel including going to breakfast. The amenities were great, there were 5 different hot springs tubs to use which was very nice, free ice cream and amazing breakfast spread also water/tea/coffee available every day was very nice. Staff was kind and welcoming. The location was away from the main touristy area but easy taxi or bus ride back after a long day of exploring. "

From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, attentive, and professional, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was smooth and enjoyable. The rooms are modern, stylish, and thoughtfully designed, offering a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. The mattress and linens are of outstanding quality, providing a truly restful night’s sleep. I also appreciated the wide range of amenities provided—everything you might need is readily available, including a toothbrush and toothpaste, hairbrush, high-quality shampoo and conditioner, as well as lotion and night cream. One of the highlights of the hotel is its traditional Japanese bath, which offers a unique and relaxing cultural experience. It was impeccably clean and well-maintained, adding an extra level of enjoyment to my stay. Overall, the attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction truly set this hotel apart. I would like to sincerely thank the entire staff for their outstanding work. I would not hesitate to give this hotel a well-deserved five-star rating and look forward to staying here again in the future."

"The hotel provies a regular shuttle bus to and from Kyoto station , which is easy to locate at the Shinkansen exit side in the shuttle bus bay. The room size was a good size for one person with a large and small suitcase. Room providing with amenities you would expect, and was kept very clean. Room has a fridge and a safe. The hotel location is convenient , especially with the bus back and forth to the station. The staff were very professional and polite. Only negative I have is there is no way to control the temperature of the fan/ac. You can only change the speed and power on and off."
