The location is right in the middle of town. A little tricky to find - small discreet entrance next to an ice cream stand. The view is excellent and the amenities great.

Centrally located the apartment is close to everything. I had a view on the cathedral bell tower and public square. The rooms and amenities are exactly what you need to feel comfortable. Excellent ice cream parlor next door. The only difficulty was carrying a suitcase up four floors of winding stone stairs.

Apartment Stellina has an excellent location, very close to the heart of Rovinj, as well as the nearby beaches and beautiful parks. The apartment is spacious and has all the basic necessities for a comfortable stay. However, the property is not modern or recently renovated, and some of the furnishings feel dated. The bed was particularly uncomfortable and quite noisy, which affected the quality of sleep. The bathroom also did not provide travel-size shampoo, body wash, or conditioner. Providing disposable slippers for guests would also be a nice additional touch. Overall, a practical choice if location and space are your priorities, but there are a few areas where comfort and amenities could be improved.

Cosy room in the heart of Split

The location of our room was remarkable. Right in the middle of Diocletians Palace and a small walk away from multiple restaurants, bars and shops. We would have liked to be warned of the Bell Tower right out our window ringing at early hours of the morning, but outside of that, great place.

Located just a few steps from Diocletian’s palace in the heart of the Old Town, perfectly situated for exploring Split. Due to its vibrant location, it was very loud, particularly in the evening, which may not be suitable for some visitors. The room was clean & functional.

No hay recepción, check-in es automatizado y se complicó un poco porque no recibí código de acceso o instrucciones hasta que yo busqué contacto por WhatsApp. Habitación pequeña aunque funcional, gran vista. La terraza tenía una gotera de agua sucia en la lona que la cubría (gran falta de mantenimiento y limpieza de esa área). Accesible caminando a lugares de interés. Se escucha mucho ruido y la campana de la torre suena cada hora.

You get what you pay for

Location was awesome I guess you get what you pay for it’s quite affordable but missing a lot of things for me First of all upon arrival bathroom wasnt clean. No drinking water in the room, cheapest shampoo possible, no dental kit no slippers. I learned there was a communal kitchen upstairs 3 days later and apparently I could get water there. But calling it a luxury is a stretch.

Diocletian's Palace Historic Base

An amazing location within Diocletian's Palace, steeped in the history of Split as soon as you open the curtain each morning! Room was clean with ample room, fridge is appreciated too. Machine coffee and water cooler in common area was also a nice touch. My only things to note are that hot water didnt last long enough for 2 back to back showers, something to plan for. Also, the front door of the property doesn't inspire confidence when approaching - to say its 'non-descript' is a polite way of putting it! Once inside though, the room is exactly as shown, more than happy with value and comfort it provided

FABULOUS STAY!!

Tony was a brilliant host. He was so easy to communicate with through phone or Whatsapp. He allowed us to keep our bags in the flat after check out as we had a late flight & could explore more of the city. The location of the apartment is absolutely superb!! Right in the centre of the Palace. The apartment is located in a pedestrian only zone so you do have to walk with your luggage through the cobblestone streets but the apartment is very easy to find. Everything worth seeing was within 5/10 min walking distance. Even when we ventured further we didn’t mind the walk through the stunning area. The bells from the bell tower do ring at 7am each morning so it can be an early start - the streets below can be busy & there is music playing from the square below until around midnight each night but we didn’t mind it was lovely. The room had wifi & great air conditioning. There was a small fridge that we could make use of. There was a TV but we didn’t use it much. There was stairs to each level that were lit by automatic lights from moving around. The stairs were not difficult to climb. On the third floor there was a small kitchenette that you could use for water/tea/coffee etc. Overall amazing accommodation!! Couldn’t recommend this place more!! When we return to Split we will definitely be booking PLR again!!

Super emplacement

L appartement est idéalement placé, en plein coeur du centre historique de Split; L'accueil de Tony a été très chaleureux et professionnel; Il ne s'est pas contenté de nous remettre les clés, il a pris le temps de nous parler de sa ville, sa gastronomie, la cathédrale face à laquelle est placé le studio; bref malgré un rapport qualité/prix un peu excessif à mon goût (mais Split au mois d'Août est une destination très demandée), nous avons été ravis de notre choix

Love the location, we enjoyed the music coming from the Peristil until the end of the night. The room and bathroom was beautiful and very clean. Owner Tony was very helpful and knowledgeable of the history of Split. Our free breakfast was filling that it helped us start our day right. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends. We parked our rented car a few blocks away, a little sacrifice to be in the heart of the old city.
