“Das Zimmer und auch das Frühstück waren in Ordnung. Aufgrund der Lautstärke aus dem Nebenzimmer bis kurz nach Mitternacht konnte ich nicht schlafen. Trotz Beschwerde beim Nachtportier passierte nichts. An der Rezeption war es kalt, die Heizung war nicht an. Der Nachtportier hat mit einer Decke gesessen. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war sehr schlecht. Es kam nur ganz wenig Wasser heraus. ”
