“I want to start by saying the daytime staff was extremely kind. However, in the room there were multiple cockroaches. When I went to turn on the AC, there were giant chunks of mold in the AC unit that were very easy to see. There was hair all over the shower, washcloth and towels. And for some reason the ONLY light in the bedroom was a lamp with a black light bulb?? The mini fridge was full of water and what looked like black mold. I also bought Clorox wipes to wipe down surfaces at first……

“In the initial listing I was drawn to the "renovated" title of the listing. It was far from that. I do feel like it is a good location. But here are a list of my complaints: 1. 85 degrees in the unit when I arrived. Contacted property manager that the AC didn't seem to be working, she replied with "did you check the thermostat?" I felt stupid for even contacting her and afraid to continue to bother her about the non working AC in a heat wave until it was so unbearable. She finally came to fix……
