“Perfect house for a beach vacation. 2 minutes walk to the beach access point and dog friendly. A well laid out and clean property with all the amenities that we required. St Augustine Beach is fun town with mini golf, restaurants, and great coffee and ice cream stores. The beach is wide and expansive. We loved cycling on the beach at low tide, kayaking in the state park and visiting the historic sights in down town St. Augustine. We hope to return.”

“The hospitality was wonderful! There was a mistake that another customer had made on their booking thinking that they had booked for two days instead of one, so our room was unavailable so the staff had put us up in the deluxe room which overlooked the beach and had a private balcony for no extra charge!!! Excellent people!!”

“The worst part was the front desk, no welcome, no smile. Had to ask for an explanation of something highlighted I was supposed to sign to acknowledge. There was construction, should have been notified before. Housekeeping didn't come first day, then came right after I returned to the room after being gone all day the second day, at 5:00. So room was never cleaned. Had to ask front desk about beach access, had no idea where the pool towels were - finally saw them on the last day. Had to ask front……
