“-Only 1 bed rather the 2 beds as reserved -Rotten spot in wood flooring; for some reason had tape outlining the spot. We put garbage can over spot so no one would step there and fall through. -Large cockroach(es) in tub -Frequently lost connection with WIFI so phones and TV were spotty at best”

“Such a beautiful and comfortable property! We loved going out on the dock each morning to fish and enjoy our coffee! We sat out on the porch to read and relax - it is back off road and so private! Size is just perfect for two people. This was not our first stay at Happiness Bay and I’m positive it won’t be our last!”

“Our stay was incredibly disappointing, to say the least. First of all, the property wasn’t as advertised. The first thing we noticed was that the elevator was out of service. Which was a major factor when booking such a large space with elderly family in our group. When we reached out, the owner knew beforehand it wasn’t working and didn’t communicate that it would be unavailable. There were several locked closets that we think had beach items. Most all the places on the island come with a few……

The cleaning service needs to pay more attention, matted hair on towels, food stuck on dishes, faucets need a deep cleaning.It would be great if some of the trees across the street could be trimmed in order to more of the water.Communicating with the host was very good and I loved that it was pet friendly.”
