“Ashley at the front desk was very nice. Room was clean, but no hot water. Parking is great. Location is wonderful close to shopping, grocery store, liquor store, BJ's Pizza. Short walk to the beach. Second floor balcony that you can access from your room was great. Despite the water issue, I would stay here again. The beach is great, dog friendly too.”

“The hotel was basically deserted and while I was checking in my husband saw a person wandering the parking lot. We were given our room and it was as far away from the elevator in the farthest corner in the back of the hotel on the top floor. The room was basic but fine but because I felt so unsafe I couldn’t stay there. I told her that the room wasn’t up to the expectations and said we were leaving. It was a very scary situation for us. I hate that I used the credit I had and another $60 some to……

“Downtown Apalachicola. Could walk to anything. Property was lovely, real old Florida. We had a lovely room with a 4 poster bed and bay window. We had access to the first floor porch and my wife enjoyed reading out there on an old rocking chair. Breakfast was good and host cooked some bacon for us fresh. Love Apalachicola and would have loved to stayed in the property longer, but we were just passing through.”

“Rooms smelled freshly cleaned. Staff was lowkey loud in the morning but they were nice. Breakfast was good, plenty of options. Easy parking and good location. Would definitely stay here again ,”

“We didn't have a kitchen, when we checked in our room hadn't been cleaned so we had to wait 30 minutes to get another room. Later that night when we came back our room cards didn't work so o had go back to the front desk and tell them that the cards didn't work so they gave me new ones and they didn't work either so we had to wait another 30 minutes on the maintenance to use his key to get in our room. He fixed it. The pool was out of service due to a leak. Won't be going back.”

“I appreciate that I could find a place to stay for under $1000 for 3 things offer Labor Day weekend close to Panama City. Great for a family trip and kids. Kitchen has everything you need. I would just recommend having some olive oil and aluminum foil and zip lock bags for families that are traveling and want to take snacks to the beach. Otherwise, excellent. Thank you for the hospitality. ”
