“Positive: clean and easy check in Negative: bathroom toilet (tiny toilet), tile, tub from maybe 1980s. Big gaps in door and thin windows where you could hear everything outside. Outside there was trash from the Blue Parrot that sat there for 3 days. BIG negative: got charged an additional $250 because they claim we smoked marijuana in the room but we did NOT! I asked for photo evidence and they provided photos that showed zero proof. We are disputing this.”

“I appreciate that I could find a place to stay for under $1000 for 3 things offer Labor Day weekend close to Panama City. Great for a family trip and kids. Kitchen has everything you need. I would just recommend having some olive oil and aluminum foil and zip lock bags for families that are traveling and want to take snacks to the beach. Otherwise, excellent. Thank you for the hospitality. ”

“Loved having the private cottage to rent with having dogs. Extremely quite and peaceful. Bed was comfortable. Great to have full size fridge and ice available for the next leg of our trip! We will definitely stay there again when in that area!!”

“The listing was misleading. I did not realize I was renting the pool house in the backyard. A family and I both pulled up in the driveway at the same time. They had the house that I thought I was renting and I was in the pool house. It was definitely awkward. The property definitely needs some maintenance and updating. The entire unit smelled like a weed festival.”
