“The property in itself is really nice and updated. Staff are also nice and welcoming. However, the pillows are really poor quality and the remote control of the TVs just does not work as it should. Overall, I would stay there again, but bring my own pillow?”

“I’ve stayed here a few times, and each time is excellent! The area is really nice and safe as a solo female traveler. There are very close supermarkets and shopping. The riverside and the green are very nice and picturesque. The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable. This is my go-to place to stay when I go to London. I’ve had a better experience here than when I’ve stayed at other chain hotels, such as Marriotts and Hiltons. The staff is friendly and very helpful. One thing to mention is……
