The staff made us feel welcome from our arrival to the time we left across the board, The room was super clean and the furnishings and bedding comfortable. The AC could have been a bit cooler to compensate for the heat... but overall good. The BlueFin Restaurant food and service could have been better.

The staff are amazing. They are friendly and extremely helpful. The property was very clean including the rooms, common areas and the pool area. However, the beach was rather small. The ocean front view off the balcony was as advertised. The amenities were reasonable. The breakfast selection could have been better. Overall, it was a very nice experience and we would certainly return to the resort.

The staff were great. I was disappointed in that I booked Ocean View with 2 Queen size beds. They placed us in 1 King size bed which was stated we booked 2 Queen size beds. It was unacceptable in that we waited for an unnecessary amount of time.

Everything was excellent. Friendly staff and very relaxing vibe and entertainment. Beach front nice but not ideal for swimming. Pools were great and bar service was amazing. All restaurants were unique especially Oro which was tantalizing. Will be back again. Love Barbados 🇧🇧

Stayed in the 2 bedroom suite, it had 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, 2 balconies and a great sense of space. Rooms were cleaned every day and there was a turn down service. Would highly recommend this resort to everyone. All-inclusive facilities were great, loved the pina coladas and mango coladas, and the staff couldn’t be nicer to us. Would definitely recommend it to anyone on a trip to Barbados.

This place is truly a 5 star, the only thing missing is more fu activities during the day and music should be playing all day and night rather you have a DJ or not. The food was amazing and the staff truly out do themselves. They could communicate more with guest, not very much of that.

Hotel was wonderful, our room was everything we could have asked for and more with beautiful views of the beach and stunning sunset every day. The staff were fantastic, super friendly and helpful they all made us feel right at home and like we could ask anything anytime. Great food, great entertainment ( New Year’s Eve was brilliant) and great location. Will be back very soon

Our second visit to 02 and although the price has increased significantly in the last 3 years we decided to treat ourselves. Overall we had a great stay, comfy bed, luxurious suite and amazing views from the balcony. Only being allowed one towel per person and not getting a sunbed on the beach on one day when the hotel had quite a few day guests were the only real negatives.

My husband and I loved everything about our stay at this resort. The staff was friendly, helpful, and entertaining. The food was delicious, and our room was clean. If I ever get the opportunity to visit Barbados again, this is definitely where we will stay!
