“The meal options were very good. I am a picky eater and I appreciated the variety. The food was also fresh and tasted pretty good. The staff was amazing and I appreciated that the most. There were some hiccups with our check-in and room accommodations, however I appreciated that the staff rectified it for us. We had no other issues throughout the duration of our stay. The customer service was awesome and that is a quality that hotels and resorts are hit or miss with now days. The resort location……

“Arrived around 7.30 therabouts. Checked in given the room. Tv does not work, air condition blowing warm breeze, water dripping from a/c unit onto fridge then dripping onto the floor, ice falling out the a/c unit. Notified front desk asked to be put in another room. They say no rooms available. Sent guy to fix. Tv started to work. A/c still not fixed. I said i not complaining is only five nights .To use the vault.3us dollars per day. Nonsense. I have been travelling for years never came across……

“As a business traveler, this hotel was great. It had everything I needed, even though I did not get time to use the gym and pool. It is well-located (across the street from the beach) so that you can walk to the boardwalk and some really good restaurants (Big up Salt Cafe for crusted fish, Tapas for the view, Coco's breakfast if you want to feel like you are on vacation) or towards Bridgetown - 2.5 kms - if you are not easily frightened by cars zipping by while sidewalks disappear and reappear.……
