The hotel needs a DEEP cleaning. It’s dirty right from the entrance. While checking in another guest was complaining about the smoke detector hanging from the ceiling. My room smelt like someone had been smoking there, very musty. One good thing is that despite being near major roads, it’s surprisingly quiet at night.

Location was in a good area for what we were doing . Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The breakfast area was small and food was ok. Carpets in the hallways were stained and a little dated.

I loved the speedy response from Maintenance to replace our tv in our room. I also loved the complimentary breakfast. The beds were very comfortable.

The front desk lady was no where to be found. My husband and I stood at the front desk for over 20 minutes waiting to check in. When we finally got our room keys we ended up walking into someone else’s room!!! The entire hotel was dirty and extremely outdated. We did not feel safe and ended up leaving. We took our chances and kept driving.

Their computer assigned our room to another person after we checked in. The new room had no comforters and was very clean. The second night our keys were deactivated and the staff couldn’t fix it. They didn’t bring the requested comforter or blanket. The never fixed the key issues. We had to be let in by an employee who had the managers key. Won’t use them again.
