The room needed updated. The sheets had specks of black things, there was a pubic hair on the ceiling in the shower, every time someone flushed or used the water in the room the shower was cold. The room smelled old and musty, and was freezing cold. Staff was pleasant.

This property served its purpose for our stay. The rooms were clean and the hotel was pretty well maintained. The main issue was with amenities. I stayed here twice, and there was NO ice bucket or glasses in the room either time. Also, they were stingy with the towels. We had 2 of each, no more. We had to ask for extras.

Definitely felt neglected and the manager was smug and dismissive. The carpet looks to be from the 70's and from The Shining. I would never stay there again. Canceled two of my three night and moved to the hotel next door where it was only a bit more expensive but 10 x's as nice.

The carpeting was filthy. My white socks were dirty from walking on the floor. We couldn’t turn off the HVAC fan. In addition the HVAC return air filter had fuzz on it. I have photos to prove it. I can’t imagine the last time the filter was changed. Seating for breakfast was small. I would be embarrassed to display my name on this lodging if I was Wyndham. One positive note, our breakfast hostess worked tirelessly to keep everything neat and stocked.

I reserved and paid for our room in advance. Drove 5 hours to the hotel with my two kids and dog. Arrived at the hotel at 10:30 at night (check in is at 3). Was told there were no clean rooms and was not sure if anything would br available until at least 2 am. Ended up spending 300 on a hotel up the road because nothing else was available, horrible experience and front desk staff was left to handle this discrepancy with no guidance or remedy for the situation. There were two other parties that got there before me with the same situation. BEWARE!!!
