“I booked this hotel from expedia but cannot check in when i arrive at around 8pm. The staff told me there is no booking record and all triple rooms were sold already. I used nearly 45 mins to explain & explain,showed my booking confirmation, the staff is willing to help but we checked and checked, again and again, and finally solved after a call made by the staff to expedia. I got a room finally but missed my dinner time. Nothing to eat this night. The room is okay. ”

“Das Hotel liegt sehr abgelegen und ruhig, was einerseits etwas umständlich sein kann, andererseits aber auch seinen ganz eigenen Charme hat. Wer Erholung und Natur sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind das Restaurant und die gesamte Hotelgastronomie. Das Essen ist sehr lecker, die Auswahl vielfältig und auch der Biergarten lädt zum Verweilen ein. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr gepflegt und macht einen hervorragenden Eindruck. Ein besonderes Highlight ist der Pool mit……

“Das Hotel war ruhig gelegen, außerhalb der Stadt. Das Hotel war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Lediglich die Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad könnten etwas ausgiebiger sein. Der Zutritt zur Unterkunft, auch zu späterer Stunde war problemlos und gut organisiert. Das Frühstück war angemessen. Als Annehmlichkeit ist der kostenfreie Parkplatz zu erwähnen. Alles in allem ist diese Unterkunft sowohl für geschäftliche, als auch private Kurzaufenthalte sehr zu empfehlen.”

“Floor mats are super dirty , mouldy and sticky! Cleaner won’t vacuum ! When shower the water will leak out to the floor and make the whole bathroom wet. Cracking tile surrounding at the air vent looks like unfinished repair job had been performed. Requested to have a room change and I had been told that it is all full. However it turns out there is a lot of empty room during my stay! Very bad experience not recommended even the cost is relatively low. ”
