Liegt an einer Gartenanlage und Sackgasse. Würde mir für die Küche ein Sieb und eine Schüssel wünschen. Und die Jalousie zu bedienen, ist etwas schwierig, da die Schnüre total ineinander verdreht sind. Hab sie dann unten gelassen, da ich die Wohnung nur Nachts zum Übernachten benutzt habe. Sonst gibt's nichts zu meckern. Man kann die in der Altstadt gut zu Fuß erreichen und ein großes Einkaufszentrum ist gleich um die Ecke. Auch in unmittelbarer Nähe zu der Wohnung befinden sich Kneipen und Restaurants, was einerseits den Vorteil hat, dass man nicht weit gehen muss, wenn man ausgehen möchte, andererseits ist es abends und nachts aber doch recht laut. Es beginnt mit der Beleuchtung - 1 Zimmer Deckenlampe kaputt, Bad 1 Leuchte fehlt - haben wir nachgekauft. Nur eine Nachttischlampe. Der Ablauf im Badwaschbecken war verstopft und die Duschstange defekt. Fernseher nicht bedienbar, weil keine Fernbedienung auffindbar war. Sehr dürftige Küchengeschirrausstattung.
