Once you've already been there and you've learnt how everything works with the hotel personal (reachable only by vocal phone calls in the evening of arrival and beginning to clean-up rooms at about 9:30 in the morning) and the automatic check-in (it was dark when I arrived and it wasn't easy at all to get the magnetic card to access the room. Luckily another hotel guest passing by helped me), then this can be a convenient solution for your stay……

“I booked this hotel from expedia but cannot check in when i arrive at around 8pm. The staff told me there is no booking record and all triple rooms were sold already. I used nearly 45 mins to explain & explain,showed my booking confirmation, the staff is willing to help but we checked and checked, again and again, and finally solved after a call made by the staff to expedia. I got a room finally but missed my dinner time. Nothing to eat this night. The room is okay. ”
