“This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. I was appalled. The bathroom ceiling was covered in mold.
The bathroom had hair literally everywhere.
The bedding was dirty. Stains on the comforters, hair on the bedding, a sock that wasn’t ours under the luggage holder.
Even the towels were dirty.
I don’t think the room was cleaned at all. Clients had a similar experience. Thankfully they booked the insurance and were able to cancel their room and stay somewhere else.

“Generally disappointed. Lots of small items in the room in rough shape or not working properly. Towels were SO worn. It's been decades since I've been in a hotel room with such poor quality towels. There were numerous long black hairs around the bathroom - I'm going to be generous and assume they belonged to someone from housekeeping. But they should tie their hair up better if that's the case.
