We travel in our motorhome and needed a place to stay for a wedding. Mgr. was accommodating and we got an earlier check in so we could get ready for the wedding. Basically we slept and left. Even tho on the main road we heard no road noise which is always a good thing.

They changed my room when I called so I didn’t have to climb stairs and the staff upon arrival was quite helpful at check in. The morning staff wasn’t there but they had a box outside to drop your key in.

It appears at this writing that the property is in transition between ownership or management. They are advertising help wanted. Room was clean but a number of the lamps in the room were not operating. Nice TV but it wasn't programmed which was annoying. Staff i encountered were nice and helpful.

This hotel cancelled my room because I didn't confirm my reservation. I never received a phone call or email from them. I had no idea that my reservation was cancelled until I arrived at the hotel. I scrambled and found another hotel. But, Capital O Stevenson Inn Riverside charged me for the room. I'm still fighting with the hotel and Expedia to get a refund. Never ever book with this hotel they overbooked their hotel and left people stranded. They will give your room away to anyone who arrives before you. Hopefully Expedia will help me get a refund and stop offering this hotel as it is very dirty and they have terrible people skills.

The room was fine and the bed comfy, but the place could use some maintenance. There was a big gap under and around the edges of the door, and the electrical outlets should be replaced as our chargers kept falling out. The location was great for our stay, and with a little bit of love this could be a wonderful place to stay. Would book again if improvements are made

This is not a luxury accomodation by any stretch of the imagination. The room was clean enough, except for the carpet. Mattress was to squishy for my taste. Linens are low quality. They should loose the "bed skirts" as they just make the place look dumpy. Same goes for the rolling office chairs. This place has potential, but.....
