“The reception at night didn’t give a clear instruction on how we park our car when we already arrived very late. He can’t speak English very well so we can’t communicate smoothly. Also, the reception at daytime was not keen in answering our questions, which was not we expect for a “four-star” hotel.”

“Can get from hotel room to t-central station in under 20 minutes. Great location, hotel is well sign posted at Skanstull station. All staff I encountered were friendly and polite. Supermarket a 2 minute walk away if you need supplies.
Room was clean and tidy, a/c was fabulous however the bathroom could do with an update and the shower isn't that great but that wouldn't put me off staying here again as the overall stay was excellent. Liked the fact there was a large bath.
