“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Cozy House! There was just the two of us so only used the bedroom w/king size bed. SUPER comfortable! This place had everything we needed for our 5 night stay! It was very quiet! Great A/C! Very, very clean! We highly recommend the Cozy House when passing through the Wever, Burlington, Biggsville area. Joe & Kathy”

“Our stay was exceptional, couldn't have asked for a better home for out 4 day stay. Everything was so clean and roomy. Great kitchen area and 2 living rooms with a very nice TV 📺. I will be rebooking again in the future. The host was most helpful and kind.”

“Host Mary-Grace offers a clean, well-appointed modern rental in a historic building. We enjoyed our stay and found it convenient for our time in Henderson County & Burlington IA. Highly recommend this property!”

“Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable! Highly recommend this rental. ”

“Very easy communication with host. There was a storm in area, power went out in area. Quick to solve and communication was amazing. Would recommend 100%!”

“Everything about the hotel was perfect for our needs. Clean and breakfast was very good many options and hot. Pool was nice and clean. Only problem ran into was attending an event in area and it took over 25min to get checked in due to said problem with making reservations through Expedia which I have never had a problem with before.”

“The only issue we had was I didn’t realize there were three apartments. We kept trying to use the code for apartments A and B. It turned out we rented apartment C that you enter on the other side of the building. I messaged Kristina and she got right back to me to solve the problem.”

“Room was clean and service was good.”

“The place was okay for one night but I wouldnt stay again. I had an asthma attack while there. The sheets were on top of plastic sheets and there were stains on them. They didnt fit to the size of the bed. The owner was nice and helpful but the place needs renovations.”
