“Easy and clean. Great location close to everything!”

“Another commenter said small bathroom which is correct. Very small! But still good running water and shower overall. Also the commenter said the bed and sheets are very nice. Yes. Very nice! We were in back of apartment house and so city noise very very little. I am less certain if we were in the front as it faces near the freeway. But this is a great place and well located.”

“Once again, PERFECT LOCATION. we literally walk to all our favorite spots: restaurants, old pubs, morning coffee and pastry and beautiful St Leonard’s!!! We called Samir with a quick question; he answered the phone, answered our question and called us the next day to make sure all was well!!!”

“I didn’t mind the small 15 minute walk to get the keys. The listers were very responsive and even called me once when I didn’t do the check in process to see how I was doing. The bed was hard, but the location was FABULOUS. I would defiantly stay again, but bring blankets or an air mattress for the hard bed. ”

This was one of the first trips I’ve been able to sleep well each night-the bed was really comfy! It’s within walking distance of a lot of great spots. We liked being above the bars and restaurants. “Our stay in Beacon Hill was fabulous. Check in and communication with our host was flawless. David was quick to respond to all our questions and requests. The location was ideal. Two main subway lines were within 2-5 minute walk for longer destinations and we were able to walk to everything else. Small groceries, numerous restaurants, etc. We certainly had a memorable vacation and enjoyed our stay in David’s rental. ”

“Staying in Boston in this three-bedroom one-bath apartment just a 10-minute walk from the train station was a peaceful and yet exciting adventure. It was a cozy and yet spacious apartment. Just perfect for the four of my friends and I as we embarked on discovering Boston for the first time. Although the kitchen was slightly small and the location not exactly in Boston, it was perfect for us. The host was overwhelmingly kind and thoughtful and made our check in and check out smooth, as well as……
