“Room did the job, unfortunately the lights in both bedrooms did not work. Be aware images may not match the room you receive. Multiple stains on the couch, that are questionable at best. Won’t stay again, but we made it work.”

“The space was immaculately clean and adequately furnished. The location was great, right off of the Tufts Medical Center Subway stop. The host was friendly, communicative, and quick to reply back. The bed was a bit creaky, and the wall ac units were loud for myself but not for my friend (who is accustomed to sleeping with white noise), just fyi. Otherwise, an excellent choice of stay!”

“The property itself is good and the management team was responsive and first class! The issue is the night club a few doors down and the noise associated with it. We were unable to sleep from 10pm to 3am due to the crowd noise, yelling and loud music and horn blasts that went on Saturday and Sunday night. Monday was the only decent night of rest we could muster. There was no police presence and hearing fights and raised voices made us feel unsafe to venture out to see what was going on. Good……

“Excellent location for the price. Walking distance to major attractions in downtown.”

“Pros: Location is very central in Boston. 10 minute away from major transit station. Host is very communicative and fast with responses. Large room and comfortable bed. Basics were provided such as shampoo conditioner body wash and paper towel and toilet paper. Maintenance people were very friendly and kind. Cons: Breaker would trip occasionally and you weren't able to run both ACs at the same time. Toilet needed to long press to flush properly. Check in information wasn't completely accurate……

“This is a very spacious rental as it is the full basement under someone’s home. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans, however, it would be nicer to have some newer items such as cookie sheets that were not kept clean by prior renters and hot pads. Also we would have like some teaspoons and not just large tablespoons. We appreciated the paper towels and clean sponge for washing dishes! A real highlight is the use of the washer and dryer since we were in the road for two……
