“This house is everything it says it is. Out of the way but a great place to get together with friends and family to make new memories. It rained one of the days we’re there but that was fine because there was so much room and things provided in the house that we didn’t even notice! Management was excellent”

“We came for a conference in the area and spent evenings at this house. The road in was quite rutted (June visit) and caught the bottom of our low car several times. They did grade it the second day and that helped. The hot tub was lovely, listening to the whippoorwills, the woods outside the bedroom window, and the fresh cookies were all highlights. The main area is larger than pictures infer. Thank you Kendra, you have the gift of hospitality!”

“The house has lots of space—really good sized rooms—and plenty of towels, linens, outdoor furniture and equipment, etc. to make your stay comfortable. Beautiful view of the mountains and incredible stars on a clear night. We stayed for my daughter’s graduation from JMU and it was close enough to be convenient.”

“What an absolutely beautiful property! Caught fish in the lake and ponds. Saw eagles at the pond by the pavilion and lots of deer. The pig was a big highlight!
