“The house was clean and perfectly located in Sugarhouse. Nick the owner was amazing and very promt to respond to inquiries. The one thing I would caution is the bathroom is on the first floor while the two bedrooms are upstairs. This is not mentioned in the listing.”

“Updated and modern with great layout. The street is quite busy, but noise is manageable with the windows closed. Only drawback is lack of outdoor space except the deck off of the primary bedroom. ”

“I have stayed at this property previously when I was visiting Salt Lake City and I feel like it is a home away from home. The beds are so comfortable and the house is very cozy. The furnishings are nice and the property is very clean. The neighborhood is friendly and I love sitting on the front porch, especially in the morning. The host is very responsive. It is conveniently located close to restaurants and stores. ”
