Salt Lake City condominium resorts to rent from $83

"Management needs to hire a 2nd person at the front desk. Only one person is handling check ins; reservations; phone calls; guest problems and other issues without any help which is unfair to long waiting guests etc..and unfair to the lone employee. Unbelievable and disappointing! The shuttle personnel were rude and inconsiderate. No assistance with disabled guests etc.. It took an hour to get 1 blank requested."

"Limited choices on the breakfast menu, none of which were very good. Also, when I checked in, I had been mistakenly booked for an accessible room and they would not change the room without charging another eighty dollars."

"The hotel was clean but needs attention. Mismatched paint patches on walls, broken fixtures. The windows are so thin we thought it was open. We could hear the freeway traffic and people talking in the parking lot like they were in the room with us. Breakfast was standard options, waffle maker, scrambled eggs, hash browns, bread products and cereal, etc. We were at the back of the hotel so we were kept awake by the freeway traffic (right next to on-ramp) and the slamming entrance door. Beds and pillows were fine."

"Hotel is a bit worn and dated. Bed was comfortable however. The breakfast was missing a lot of items and the eggs were freezing cold. We were there when the hotel was very busy so maybe they couldn’t keep up. For what we paid for the hotel room ($600) , it seems outrages to have a $25 parking fee as well."

"Clean and convenient nice sized suite near temple square. Breakfast was above average. Would stay again. "
