“Comfy- clean”

“Great room, great price, great location!”

“Overall the studio was ok. there’s definitely a weird smell. There’s no where to hang up bath towels. No hand soap. The tub is not draining and was not clean, there were small hairs from someone else on the tray where you put a bar of soap. ”

“Location was good and the bed was comfy. No towels and the bathroom door would not shut. Shower barely drained as well.”

“The bed was comfortable. Air Conditioned. Clean. We would stay here again!”

“Do not recommend! The unit still had exposed electrical wiring, the TV had fallen off the wall prior to my arrival. The toilet seat was up, dirty with a dead bug. The owner NEVER responded to me. I was unable to stay there. ”

“The location is great for accessing bicycle trails and river walk. The apartment was spacious and was great to stay in on a wettish cool spring day.”

“It's nice enough for a quick stay and don't plan on being in room much and couldn't beat the price. I had asked prior if room was ground floor, but when we got there it wasn't, not end of the world, but slightly annoyed by it. Also doesn't appear they are done with some of the renovation....wanted to hang some items, but the bar to hang things on was just leaning against the shelving. Was nice to have a larger than normal hotel fridge, but no coffee to go with the coffee maker, if noted I……

“A great little spot to stay while we were in town! They thought of all the details to make the stay comfortable and the space was beautiful and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Will stay here again if we end up in Waverly, IA again! ”

“Back in CF for Sturgis Falls, this space worked out perfect for us. Tasteful decor, walking distance to May options for eat and drink. Well hopefully stay here again next year.”
