“This was out second night here. Our first night was a mess, and I wrote a review reflecting that. Things began to get better last night with the service received after our calls and visit to the front desk concerning our overflowing toilet issue we had a chat with kevin at the front desk this morning. Kevin cared. He took time to listen, take notes, most of all offer a sincere apology. He wiped out our extra fees, gave us honors credits, and moved us to a much more appropriate room. This……
