“Beautiful cabin, nicely situated on quiet mountain. Kitchen was well stocked, furniture very comfortable! Only issue we had was with trying to get ahold of someone on the weekend when we were having issues with the hot tub. It was a little over 4 hours before I got a brief response after multiple calls and texts. Otherwise lovely stay”

“Absolutely stunning views!! The house was perfect for our party of 11 who were celebrating a 50th bday. The game room, comfy living spaces and hot tub was just what we needed for an enjoyable weekend. Spacious kitchen made meals easy to prep/serve. “This property is a bird sanctuary! It was so peaceful and a perfect getaway. The cabin with hot tub was comfortable. We enjoyed reading on the front porch, cooking out on the grill, fire pit under the stars at night and most of all the sounds of birds chirping during sunrise. The staff was exceptionally friendly. We look forward to our next getaway to Asheville River Cabins! ”

Would suggest a few blinds on windows in main living area as homes are close together and did not feel comfortable for privacy purposes. “This was a great trip overall, and this property really added to our long weekend experience. I had been to Asheville several times, but I usually stay closer to town and walkable to most downtown areas, so this was a wonderful balance of being able to enjoy the outdoor space while still being able to catch inexpensive Uber/Lyft rides when easier to leave the car parked at the cabin.”

“Everything was accurate to the listing. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean, the furniture was nice. One thing I'd recommend people looking to come here are aware of, is that the house is not easily accessible by sedans or small cars. The road up the mountain to the house is extremely steep, and two of the smaller sedans we brought had a very rough time up, to the point where we had to have some people get out of the car to make it up. The 3-4 steps from the upper to lower deck are very hard to see at night and no handrail to assist. Make sure ALL the outside lights are on for the best visibility of the steps.
