“Excellent 👌. Big, warm, clean and super easy to stay at. If you want to go somewhere with no restrictions, i.e. hotel, then this is the place to go. In the perfect spot of Swansea, it's ideal for a family, a couple of just by yourself. Try it, you won't regret it. ”

“Lovely apartment for a couple or small family, had everything we needed. Although it wouldn't be suitable for very young children. It had complimentary teas, coffees, milk and sugar sachets. Plenty of towels and blankets available. The village doesn't have a lot of facilities so shop beforehand. Parc Tawe in Swansea is a good place to shop. Big aldi, cinema, activities and other retail shops with free parking. It was nice to have the beach so near to the apartment and port Eynon is just a……

“Nice property. Excellent location, with parking a bonus, and a lift. Overall excellent. Only comments to make is that the single bed nearest window is past sell by date and we had to turn mattress over first night as we could feel springs and uncomfortable. Minor suggestions are complimentary shower/shampoo in bathrooms would have been nice. Asking us to remove bedding off beds at end '' because of Covid'' was unnecessary. Good instructions and contact with hosts. Would be happy to recomend.”

“Well equipped and comfortable apartment in a great location. Town centre in walking distance. It met all our needs and expectations. The agency handling the property were very professional and quickly responsed to any questions we had. The only issue we had concerned visitor parking. A relative came for a visit and parked in the designated vistor parking slot. When she returned to her car she found a parking ticket stating a visitor parking permit was not displayed. “Culver House is in such a perfect position for a few days away or even a week in the warmth. The apartments have all you need and were clean with fluffy towels. The wonderful part, you are just a few steps away from the dunes and beach and only a few steps away from the local pub. The owners are warm and welcoming. Just what we needed after being cooped up for so long!”

“Once inside, the property is very nice. But FINDING it is impossible without careful assistance from the owner. The street address given by VRBO does not exist. The property access is off a run down alley BEHIND where the street address would be. No navigation system in the world could find this place. You have to carefully go down the parallel alley and look for the property. The owner emailed me pictures of the property from the alley which was the ONLY way to actually find it.”

“Great size apartment with 3 beds, large living area and separate kitchen. Short walk into Pontardawe centre.”

“Places was luvly but problems with the boiler had to re boot it everyday so no hot water to start with and would have appreciated some toilet roll basic thing!! Also just some milk etc nothing provided”

“The outside of the property resembles a junk yard, old beer barrels from the bar/cafe behind the property, uncollected rubbish, dog poo, you have to walk past all of this to get to the front door. The inside of the property was dated but clean. Carpets & rugs in-need of a clean and wash. Location wise it’s just behind Newton Road & a 5 min walk to the sea and bars & restaurants near by. Would have been disappointed is this was a family holiday but as we just needed a place to stay for a……
