Surprised there was no air-conditioning in what looks like a new ish building. Thanks again, this will be our go to place when we ever visit Swansea. ”

“Absolutely an amazing view over the bay. Very well furnished top floor apartment with everything you need and more. Very quiet area , shops near by and plenty to see and do around the area. Only down side is there is no lift and many flights of stairs to lug up luggage. Not a huge issue if your young and fit, but just be mindful if your not. Other than that a faultless property.”

“Well equipped and comfortable apartment in a great location. Town centre in walking distance. It met all our needs and expectations. The agency handling the property were very professional and quickly responsed to any questions we had. The only issue we had concerned visitor parking. A relative came for a visit and parked in the designated vistor parking slot. When she returned to her car she found a parking ticket stating a visitor parking permit was not displayed. “Best location with a Beautiful View. Consistent communication with the owner. We fell in love with the place as we set foot on it. Everything you need is in the apartment and in the apartment is a folder contained places you can visit. Thank you for your lovely home, Michelle.”

“Culver House is in such a perfect position for a few days away or even a week in the warmth. The apartments have all you need and were clean with fluffy towels. The wonderful part, you are just a few steps away from the dunes and beach and only a few steps away from the local pub. The owners are warm and welcoming. Just what we needed after being cooped up for so long!”

“What a beautiful place to stay . The only room above a fully renovated pub. Both the room and the pub are beautifully done. It's a large spacious room . The classic cast iron slipper foot tub in the middle of the room was used everyday. Great way to wind down. A convenience store is across the street so is parking . Great food downstairs in the pub and the staff couldn't have been nicer. If Southerndown is on your radar . This is the spot!”

“Fantastic location - a hundred metres from the beach . We chose to stay in a chalet because of the beach location. In winter it’s quite a basic living choice - bring your own linen and towels and everything you might need for cleaning your kitchen . Possibly a little overpriced because it is one of the more basic chalets and hasn’t be3n modernised but it’s clean and that counts !”
