"Lovely hotel, friendly, polite and helpful staff. The hotel amenities were ok but were currently being refurbished so I'm sure they will be lovely once completed. We had breakfast with our stay and it was delicious it was also nice to have a yoghurt placed on the table by staff. Enjoyed our stay and will return once the refurbishment is complete"

"Shower curtain needs to be changed, washed or new one... mould on the bottom Room comfortable Spa facilities lovely shame not all jacuzzi and jets working but relaxing time Shame other guests ruined stay with loud shouting, kids knocking on our room door and running up and down the corridors During night and early morning."

"Overall, the hotel was well maintained and our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and the cookies at the reception were delicious! The breakfast was also really good. Only downside was that there was some white noise in the room and the floors were a little squeaky."

"Very good hotel and reasonably priced. Drinks are very expensive. Our check out experience was dreadful. It took 25 minutes because the receptionist could not work out it the Expedia payment was complete. Spoilt what was otherwise a very pleasant experience."
