Inspect the kitchen utensils, the water filter is leaking, the dish soup is non-existent, the drying rack left in the kitchen cupboard to house insects, the living room sofa leather was teared apart. The amenities advertised includes water bottles, but when asked for it from the staff on site, it’s not provided as complimentary. The bedroom door cannot be locked for some room, there’s stain on every bed and bedsheets. Overall the 3 bedroom……

“since i'm coming from kota kinabalu first, i called and asked the hotel staff where should i get off, when i get to Kundasang. they told me to get off at kinabalu park entrance which is you have to walk back for 25 minutes (they didn't tell me first). the rain is so heavy, i tried to call them again because i cant find a taxi. but they just put me on voice call.. when i get to the hotel, i told them about the incident and they just laugh it off. i told them, that its not funny, and well they……

“not far away from National Park- 10 mins walking. Villa Rooms with balcony is much better. a bit higher cost is worth. ”

“Very basic but excellent location v near NP entrance, and kind hosts. Wifi was pretty good when switched on. Restaurant opposite park entrance offered breakfast from 6.30. My room was rather tired with barely functioning plumbing, but perfectly adequate considering the location benefit.”
