“After two previous visits, it was sadly a disappointing stay at La Reserve. It is clear the hotel’s standards have slipped since our first visit in 2024. Our bedroom had scuffed walls, broken picture frames, stains on bedsheets. It is just not the luxury experience we had two years ago. The staff are very friendly, but it is a shame that this hotel, in such a wonderful location, has not maintained the level of quality and attention to detail they had a couple of years ago. Our stay also……

“Apartment felt dirty, fan in kitchen was broken, when turned on it blew dust everywhere and was hanging off. Corridor is pretty noisy. We weren’t there for long so it was bearable for the weekend.”

“把一件400美元羊毛西裝褲乾洗，乾洗回來小了一個尺寸，這樣的服務品質根本無法接受”

No cleaning the whole week. Before we left we had to by cleaning remedies to clean the whole appartment. In the pool no toys were……

“Todo impecable. Muy buena distribución del espacio. Encontrarás de todo. Cerca de muchos restaurantes, muy buenos. Muy cerca de la playa. El dueño hiper amable y simpático, siempre dispuesto a ayudarte, recomendarte. Repetiremos.”

“Tout était très agréable et nous avons passé un excellent moment.”

“We’ve used Hotels.com for years and have always had good experiences — until now. This particular booking was deeply disappointing. The apartment was nothing like the listing described, and certainly not worthy of the 5-star rating shown on the site. It was damp, smelled musty, and there were visible signs of moisture damage — possibly even mold. We tried to contact both the property and Hotels.com during the stay. The property never responded, and despite our detailed complaint, Hotels.com……

“Le problème a été que le personnel ne parle pas du tout français ”
