“Wir haben zwei Wochen in der Unterkunft verbracht und mit dem Wissen, vor Ort waschen zu können, nicht zu viel Wäsche eingepackt. Leider war die Waschmaschine defekt (es stand muffiges Restwasser bereits in der Maschine, welches sich nicht abpumpen ließ). Hinzu kam, dass Wasser aus der Maschine austrat und der Küchenboden nur mit Schuhen zu betreten war. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war eher schwierig (lange Wartezeiten bei der Beantwortung meiner Nachrichten, nach ein paar Tagen kam abends ohne……
