“This is a charming penthouse 1 bedroom condo. We used the outside BBQ, noticed too late the washer/dryer combo on the outside patio. It has a studio kitchen which is in the hall at the top of the stairs- three flights to ground level. The owner is very responsive. We enjoyed the huge tv for streaming content at night. Suggestions include: a hair dryer. Pool was refreshing in the next courtyard over but it was not cleaned - I, pool guy, would have loved to take a skimmer with me to the pool……

“Mi estadía en Palmas del Mar View 1, en Humacao, Puerto Rico, superó completamente mis expectativas. Desde el momento de mi llegada hasta la salida, todo fue fenomenal. El lugar estaba muy limpio, cómodo, organizado y bien cuidado. Me sentí muy a gusto durante toda mi estadía. Me encantó tener la facilidad de poder cocinar, ya que esto brinda mucha comodidad cuando uno está viajando. También fue excelente tener Walmart y otras tiendas cerca, haciendo mucho más fácil conseguir cualquier cosa……

“We stayed in 2/2026. The negatives that need some major attention: Inside the place: BLACK MOLD, & uncorrected water damage to the ceiling, & baseboards in multiple rooms. Paint is worn. Appliances rusted. Master shower doesn’t drain (fills up when you first turn on the shower & doesn’t drain for an hour). Guest shower door doesn’t close. Corners of rooms dirty/grimy. Hair on the bed sheets. Furniture in bedroom is dirty/stained, loose & about to fall apart. Bed slides all over the floor. Soap……

“Host was very accesible and communicative and worked proactively to fix inconvenience. The power was out in the vicinity upon arrival but property had solar panels so that was a plus.”

“Me encantó solo que la cafetera estaba dañada y tuvimos que comprar un colador en el supermercado de abajo de todo lo demás súper excelente ,limpieza ,el apartamento tenía todo muy completo …solo un poco confundido al hacer el check out pero nada deposite la llave en el candado espero q haya sido así porque escribo y no recibí respuesta”

“Nature lover's paradise, beautifully crafted property. Shower is awesome, AC is awesome, high quality appliances and a beautiful, unusual and artistic aesthetic. Super near the Ferry and amazing value. Andre is kind, super responsive, and was very flexible. 11/10 highly recommend this is a gem for people looking for something a little different.”
