“Everything is good but hotel located in pedestrian zone so it's inconvenient to carry luggages in and out bcz car can't park in front of hotel door. You have to move your luggages by walking from abt 10-15 mins distance. All the communication exchange by whatsapp ( robot ) , some situations is hard to explain bcz robot can't get it 100% ”

"優點 ：地點優越，位處市中心，附近有大量店鋪及餐廳。房間寬敞。住宿期間，風筒發生故障，向酒店報告後，幾分鐘內就有職員來處理。 缺點 ：被編派面向天井的房間， 所以完全冇景觀，房間亦暗。 訂加床房，但第一天入住時，到房間發現未有加床，同前台職員反映後，酒店安排加床， 但是被鋪並沒有被褥。 沐浴間是半開放式設計，所以沖涼時水會濺到企缸外，不但弄濕地板，因為企缸旁設有電制，十分危險。"
