“Very downtown, clean, convenient.”

“The room was minimalistic but so very clean and functional. The large double window and small balcony were lovely. Francisco at the front reception was very helpful and accommodating especially on our departure day. Would stay at this property again.”

“Convenient, walking distance to the palace and shopping malls. Next to the Gran Via station. The hotel room is comfortable and the balcony is so nice to see the beautiful scene. So relax living there. ”

“This property ranks tops for me as there were no holes to poke whatsoever across the boards! The service, amenities, quality of finishes are premium! The beds/linens are buttery, the bath towels and products are high quality, the decor is creative and comforting, lighting is optimal, staff go above and beyond and with an enormous amount of enthusiasm and the food was delicious! I would come back to Madrid just to stay at this place!”

“Will choose this hotel again when return to Madrid ”

“The location is excellent. But the price is a bit high in terms of the size. The room is a dim in general. The overhead exhaust fan dripped in the midnight and hardly fall asleep ”

“good”

“Clean, hospitality, convenience, many shops.”

“very good”

“It's good size for one person, could be tight for two. It's very well located between Royal Palace and Prado Museum, all within 20min. of walk. Around hotel there were many resturants and a minimarket for fruits, yoguts ect.. You need to ask toothbrush+paste, tissue when you checkin. One block from the main street, it's quiet. Overall it is a good place for the money”
