The area is astounding. We took a boat trip to Garnish Island,15 mins . Basking seals on the way and a truly beautiful island that had been gifted to the nation by a man who created a remarkable paradise.Glengarriff goes straight to number one in my favourite places .”

“For property that was opened up in the 1800s, there are modern conveniences and amenities. Location is perfect, the staff is friendly and nice, and the spa is over the top. The building is very old, but everything else gets an A+ plus. there was a concert of instrumental musicians in the lobby on the night that I arrived, which was extraordinary.”
