“Great all around”

“Need to update directional signs to accurately show room numbers.”

“Prices are reasonable, but you get what you pay for. Carpets are filthy. Lights in bathrooms are very dim. Refrigerator not working and the floors surely have not been swept or mopped properly because there’s paper and hair on the floor. The rooms with no carpet are a bit more updated it seems (the flooring at least). Staff is very helpful, but this place needs some work. Breakfast is decent.”

“Updating needed”

“Best elevator ride in the history of any stay I’ve had anywhere.”

“Room was clean. Bed was comfy. No complaints.”

“The staff (especially the poor women who had to get us new sheets during the evening) was so nice. I didn't see many of them so I hope they aren't stretched to thin (as someone who was a retail manager I get it but still) I do wish there was better creamer options for coffee and a few different breakfast options. Thank you to all the worked there during our stay”

“The Receptionist when we checked in. was Awesome! She made us feel very welcomed!”

“check-in is extreme fast i would like to stay here again to check the new rooms”

“The suite was very large and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Would have liked a throw rug by the beds or some rug in the room. Air conditioning was great. Ceiling fan would have been good. Overall it was very nice,”

“El hotel está en muy malas condiciones, el piso malo, el lavamanos malo, el secador malo. La l olor del cuarto era de mucha humedad.”

“It was OK, but I will probably stay in the Regency Inn from now on when I go to Gatesville”
