“Had a bad shower experience as the temperature of the shower water is either too hot or too cold, there’s never a right temperature even though the technician had came and adjusted. Not sure if I will recommend this hotel. ”

“Service was good and staff were very nice. But hardware was not up to "Marriott" standards. Only one evaluator was available and this caused long queue at check out time. No USB socket was in the room. ”

“This is the worse experience in this hotel. It was noisy all night. The staff knocked my door at 10pm while i was sleeping and asking me whether i am showing with lots of water on the floor because downstair is leaking. I am sorry but i think the crack on the bathroom wall caused this problem thousands of times before. It was not my fault, i finished my shower 30mins ago and the bathroom has no water on the floor”

“前台服務員專業有禮，特别是 Nathan 表現親切。但房間的 整潔程度需要改善，被安排一間壞了空調的房間，不能提供房間更換，只退回20%房費及送兩杯飲品作補償(酒店的回贈還算合理)， 另外一提: 早餐廳部份服務員禮貌及態度極需要改善。但我們是希望有個好的住宿體驗，但今次未能達到。”

“Room was very comfortable. Impeccably clean and well maintained. We had a junior suite and appreciated the extra space and comfort of the corner sofa and a view of the runway. The bed was very comfortable and a massive bathroom. Toiletries were individual plastic miniatures would have been better to have larger wall mounted bottles for eco credentials. Are in the restaurant where service was very poor. No friendliness, greeting or even checking if food was ok and over priced even for an airport……

“Just 5 mins walk from T2 of Manchester Airport. My kid was with us. For some reason there was no more room for 3 of us. The staff was able to make an arrangement to offer us 2 double bedrooms instead. I appreciated that flexibility. The hotel is like new and everything is clean and comfortable. Although the room is not big, I am very happy. I like the breakfast too. The croissants and brie chess are great. ”

“Overall is good, staff are nice but there is some unpleasant smell in the room. Breakfast is nice, includes hot food like egg，bacon, beans. ”

“A lovely hotel with loads of character. Spent two comfortable nights here. Restaurant food was nice, felt it was over priced, had the Ribeye. Great takeaway across the road, if you like fried chicken try Archies”

“The staff was very nice especially the young lady who spoke in Cantonese(I forget ask for her name). The room was very nice, it’s clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable. The location was great, it’s near bus and metrolink station. I definitely will stay in this if I visit MAN again. ”

“The staff are very helpful and friendly, especially, the reception service, e.g. Wayne and Lin who has multi language skills to facilitate the communication. The buffet breakfast is good as the hotel provides a variety of food. My room did not have any chair, however, the staff could help out to find one as reqeuested.”
