“Beautiful building and setting!”

“This hotel is located right next to the train station, and it was impossible to get a proper night’s sleep. The noise from passing trains and the station announcements continued until around midnight and started again at 5:00 a.m., making it extremely disturbing. The bathroom had no shampoo or soap provided, so we had to go to Tesco to buy our own toiletries. The room had a very unpleasant smell, and the towels looked like they had been used by the previous guest, which was……

“The didn't reserved the room to me even I'd fully paid & confirmed by Hotels.com. The receptist is very impolite and just asked me to go to anther hotel which need 15 min driving time.”

We're told at reception that the room was up 2 flight of stairs but it would be worth it, Walking into room 12 our breath was taken away, it was definitely worth the climb.
